  • •Manage delivery plans, risks, issues, and reporting to ensure successful commission outcomes.
  • •Build and develop relationships with key client stakeholders and contribute to bid proposals and internal programme advisory development.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience at practitioner level in one or more change & transformation capabilities, used on at least one project.
  • •A proven track record delivering tangible results on change and transformation programmes using business change methodologies.
  • •Experience with programme and project management across complex change environments with multiple workstreams.
  • •Experience designing and implementing operating models and managing stakeholders in large organisations.
  • •Experience facilitating client workshops and producing high-quality change/transformation deliverables within challenging timescales.
