Lead demand planning and replenishment for Tmart stores and warehouses in Egypt, ensuring timely inventory and purchase forecast analysis and accurate reporting. Manage ~AED 20M stock levels and oversee weekly PO issuance (~8,000) while optimizing aging inventory. Coordinate with commercial and operations teams to protect supply and supplier performance, guide store supervisors and admins, and lead a team of 4 demand planners.

Key Responsibilities

•Organize the transition to 3PL, manage partner relations, and secure Talabat with Egypt best practices.
•Accountable for overall demand planning/replenishment for Tmart stores and warehouses in Egypt and the performance of direct reports.
•Manage ~AED 20M stock levels and ensure issuance of ~8,000 POs weekly for stores and DC.
•Provide demand planning/replenishment insights and initiatives to keep availability aligned with the business plan, optimize aging stock, and manage holding stock value and supplier service level.
•Lead a team of 4 demand planners and guide store supervisors and admins to ensure smooth workflow; work closely with commercial and operations to protect supplies and suppliers.

Key Requirements

•Past experience in FMCG demand planning and replenishment is a must.
•Past experience in warehouse management or managing 3PL partner relations is a must.
•Data- and detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
•Ability to interact with and guide senior-level executives and manage multiple stakeholders.
•Tech-savvy and hands-on with several tools; able to lead and coordinate work with supervisory responsibilities.
