Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide proactive, solution-oriented legal and regulatory advice to multiple stakeholders to enable the development and launch of crypto products and services.
  • •Work cross-functionally to identify, analyze, and mitigate legal and regulatory risks related to introducing new products and services in Europe.
  • •Participate in the ongoing development of the regulatory advisory function.
  • •Represent Crypto.com on topics before regulators, financial partners, users, and other external audiences.
  • •Review, update, and draft user agreements and other external-facing terms and conditions, and advise on external marketing and user content and experiences.

Key Requirements

  • •Around 2-4 years of post-qualification experience practicing in-house or at a reputable law firm, with at least 2 years focused on banking law, payments law, FinTech, or financial services in an international or cross-border environment.
  • •Ability to provide legal and regulatory guidance on the design, modification, and geographical expansion of products.
  • •Comfortable interpreting and applying law in unsettled contexts.
  • •Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to provide sound legal advice, exercise business judgment, and work effectively with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Ability to handle multiple assignments with effective resolution of conflicting priorities, using innovative solutions to scale legal advice.
