Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and develop improvements to pricing, product, and go-to-market strategies to support revenue growth, and defend them internally.
  • •Support integration of new hardware and service products, including pricing, operations, sales enablement, and product portfolio management.
  • •Engage with customers to answer questions on commercial models and product capabilities, and support sales engagements across the team.
  • •Develop and maintain technical and commercial sales enablement collateral for sales teams, resellers, and direct customers.
  • •Work cross-functionally with Licensing, Government Affairs, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product Engineering; oversee technical training and represent Starlink at global conferences.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or Business discipline or 5+ years of professional working experience in lieu of a degree.
  • •5+ years of professional experience in technical sales or product management.
  • •5+ years of professional experience with enterprise network infrastructure.
  • •Customer-facing experience (5+ years) and comfort working in ambiguous environments with minimal guidance.
  • •Ability to support Starlink’s network infrastructure knowledge for customer communication and provide strong analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
