Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a regional portfolio of complex CX deployments with partners, ensuring adoption, continued usage, and sustained value while mitigating churn risks.
  • •Establish and share technical standards, best practices, and adoption pathways with partners, including onboarding plans and capability assessments.
  • •Identify and flag risks across customer segments, collaborate on remediation plans, and monitor deployment health and engagement signals.
  • •Provide day-2 operational support and enablement to partners, staying current with Zoom feature updates and translating them into customer outcomes.
  • •Manage install base data accuracy, oversee service contract renewals, and identify expansion opportunities including value-added services and break-through engagements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 97,600 - 225,700

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of project engineering or technical experience with Customer Experience solutions (Contact Center, Workforce Engagement, Virtual Agents), plus at least 5 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Experience working within a CX Practice at a Systems Integrator partner or equivalent environment.
  • •Proven experience deploying complex CCaaS solutions for enterprise customers (strong plus).
  • •Prior experience in account management, customer success, or partner collaboration in the technology sector.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of CCaaS/Virtual Agent technologies, integrations (e.g., SIP Protocol, REST APIs, WebRTC, SSO/identity), and CRM integrations.
