Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • •Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Cross-sell to existing customers and support outside sales activities and community financial literacy events as directed.
  • •Provide guidance on sales and referral processes, work with business partners for holistic solutions, and process teller transactions as part of platform staff.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
  • •Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
  • •Must be able to complete S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through NMLS.
