Job Summary

Participate in a 4–8 week onboarding program to transition into a Retail Personal Banker I role focused on consultative selling. Use Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, recommend retail consumer and small business solutions, and proactively set appointments using CAMP and approved marketing tools. Drive cross-selling, coordinate referrals with business partners, and help achieve financial center revenue and customer experience goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and support outside sales activities and community financial literacy events as directed.
•Provide guidance on sales and referral processes, work with business partners for holistic solutions, and process teller transactions as part of platform staff.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
•Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•Must be able to complete S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through NMLS.
