Senior Project Manager - Data Centers / Due Diligence

Lead multidisciplinary due diligence and development programs for prospective data center sites and portfolios across North America. Serve as primary client advisor and trusted representative, coordinating consultants and stakeholders to assess feasibility, development risks, and investment readiness from site screening and acquisition through development planning. Synthesize findings into executive-level reporting, manage budgets, schedules, and governance, and support business development by expanding data center advisory services.
