Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical design, development, and delivery of major frontend initiatives and complex features using React and TypeScript.
  • •Design and advocate for significant frontend architectural decisions aligned with system best practices.
  • •Set and enforce high coding standards and engineering principles, leading by example with exemplary code.
  • •Mentor and coach Frontend Engineer I and II colleagues, providing technical guidance and facilitating technical discussions.
  • •Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements, assess feasibility, and deliver robust integrated solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA, MS, or PhD equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Deep expertise with React and TypeScript, including Redux (or similar state management) and its ecosystem.
  • •Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and CSS preprocessors such as SASS or PostCSS with theming/design systems.
  • •Strong experience with RESTful APIs and troubleshooting multi-browser compatibility, performance bottlenecks, and complex debugging.
  • •Proficiency with modern engineering workflows: Git, Docker, CI/CD, and Kubernetes deployments, plus knowledge of web security (TLS/SSL/HTTPS) and common vulnerabilities.
