Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead one or more process modules for 3D NAND integrated circuit development and operation.
  • •Define structural specifications and process requirements for assigned modules.
  • •Set strategic direction for modules and maintain a continual improvement plan.
  • •Proactively identify and resolve structural, electrical, and reliability issues using process control and model-based problem-solving.
  • •Drive process development and integration via design of experiments, analysis/reporting, and technology transfer from R&D to high-volume manufacturing.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD (≥8 yrs), or Master’s (≥11 yrs), or Bachelor’s (≥13 yrs) in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related fields with semiconductor industry experience.
  • •Proficiency/desirability in scripting/programming and engineering/analytics software such as Python, SolidWorks, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • •Strong end-to-end understanding of PI modules for new NAND technologies, including structural and electrical failure mechanisms.
  • •In-depth knowledge and direct experience with non-volatile memories (NAND), including understanding of NAND process flow, process-device interactions, and common yield and reliability issues.
  • •Experience in R&D and technology transfer within the semiconductor industry, with a commitment to quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
