Job Summary

Coordinate end-to-end product launch and photoshoot operations as the operational hub between Home Merchandising, Creative, Production, and Digital teams. Own creative and merchandising calendars, manage product readiness, sample handling, and shoot prioritization, and ensure assets and product information are delivered on time. Track project status, run cross-functional meetings, resolve roadblocks, and support studio operations by coordinating freelance resources and documenting workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and maintain creative and merchandising calendars to keep milestones, deliverables, and launch dates on track.
•Coordinate product readiness, sample management, and shoot prioritization for successful photoshoots and launches.
•Act as the primary liaison between Home Merchandising, Creative, Production, and Digital teams.
•Partner with stakeholders to ensure creative assets and product information are delivered on time.
•Track project status, communicate updates, and proactively identify and resolve roadblocks.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 70,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of experience in project coordination, creative operations, production, merchandising, or studio management, preferably in retail or ecommerce.
•Experience supporting cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.
•Strong organizational and project management skills for calendars, timelines, and deliverables.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building cross-functional relationships.
•Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Airtable, or similar platforms.
