Provide high-touch guest service for VIP clients with upgraded seating at the venue. Manage nightlife social media pages, maintain reservation spreadsheets, and support special events as scheduled, while maintaining professional grooming standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve on the VIP Host team during show nights to maintain constant communication with staff and guests and uphold VIP service standards.
•Explain the VIP seating program to potential clients to upgrade guest experiences.
•Troubleshoot and assist with issues related to the VIP program, escalating to management when needed.
•Manage nightlife social media pages and execute/manage the reservation spreadsheet.
•Observe VIP and reserved seating areas, conduct table touches once per night per box, and occasionally support special events.

Key Requirements

•Complete Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent).
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations, seating procedures, and guest relations with problem solving.
•Experience selling to high-end VIP clients.
•Strong diplomacy and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and diffuse volatile situations tactfully.
