Job Summary

Build trusted relationships with individuals and small businesses by uncovering financial wellness needs through in-person conversations and proactive phone outreach. Drive personal account and lending sales by opening consumer and business accounts and providing tailored product recommendations. Partner with branch teammates and line-of-business specialists to deepen client relationships, manage centers of influence, support teller transactions as needed, and maintain compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage clients in deeper conversations in person and over the phone to uncover financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations.
•Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
•Open personal and business accounts and products including consumer checking, small business deposits, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
•Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to acquire clients and deepen relationships; manage internal and external centers of influence.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and policies, including proper documentation of client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•1+ year experience building customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and developing referral sources; sales experience is more important than financial services experience.
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking).
•Ability to influence business partners and leverage centers of influence with partners such as Key Investment Services and Mortgage and Business Banking.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office Products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) to educate clients.
