Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an Art Director, Graphic Designer, or Visual Designer across digital and print design work.
  • •A strong understanding of Japan-specific design trends, styles, and cultural/pop culture cues.
  • •A portfolio demonstrating clean, elegant, beautiful design and strong visual craft.
  • •Strong skills in hand illustration, typography, color, conceptual graphic design, and layout.
  • •Comfort using AI tools in your design workflow and writing clear creative briefs that set others up for success.
