Job Summary

Operate plant controls to weigh and deliver specified quantities of aggregates for loadout and dumping into trucks, ensuring efficient production. Perform pre- and end-of-shift inspections and maintain plant safety by following company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations. Answer telephone/radio and take/input orders. Monitor gauges and machinery to meet processing specifications, assist with maintenance, and compile basic production/maintenance reports as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate plant controls to weigh and deliver specified quantities of aggregates for loadout and dumping into trucks.
•Partner with plant crew members to keep production running efficiently.
•Conduct pre-shift and end-of-shift inspections of plant and safety items.
•Answer telephone and radio, and take and input orders.
•Observe gauges and machinery operation; assist with plant equipment maintenance and compile production/maintenance reports.

Key Requirements
