Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out planned and unplanned maintenance, machine setups, and production-related activities safely and efficiently.
  • •Perform tool/color changes and condition setting to ensure machine settings meet approved production specifications.
  • •Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities as scheduled.
  • •Identify and report equipment faults, abnormalities, and improvement opportunities to reduce downtime.
  • •Complete production, quality, maintenance, and machine setup documentation in real time and support shift handover communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Ensure all duties are carried out in accordance with legislation, company policies, and site procedures in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with proven fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • •Ability to read and follow work instructions and technical documentation and work safely under pressure.
  • •Experience working in a technical/engineering/manufacturing/maintenance environment and following documented procedures.
  • •Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Technical qualification (or equivalent technical qualification).
