Provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions while delivering a high-quality in-branch experience. Educate clients on digital self-service tools like ATMs, Online and Mobile banking, and support outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. Cross-trained to assist sales and service efforts, serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution, and follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
