Key Responsibilities

•Execute IT Investment Management (ITIM) processes for the USMS IT investment decisions and budget resources.
•Collaborate with end users, stakeholders, and SMEs to create Business Case Analyses (BCA) and Business Process Analyses (BPA), including as-is and to-be process maps and technical requirements.
•Redesign business processes to improve productivity, decision-making, and asset utilization.
•Conduct market research, analyses of alternatives, cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and project charters to justify IT investments.
•Provide thought leadership to improve customer service, information accessibility, mobility, and cost reduction, and assist in transitioning projects to SDLC or Procurement processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree required; minimum of 10 years of consulting or related industry experience OR equivalent educational training.
•Minimum of 4 years of IT-related experience across IT operations, security, application/system development and deployment.
•Knowledge of the federal budget process and cost-benefit analysis.
•Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
•Strong verbal/written communication and ability to translate IT needs into business value.
