Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and execute group strategies to improve shareholder value across telecom and media portfolio companies using performance and market data.
  • •Monitor financial performance against targets, identify underperformance early, and direct timely corrective actions to protect profitability and returns.
  • •Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and leveraged financing performance, including refinancing assessment and lender expectation alignment.
  • •Ensure compliance with loan covenants, debt-service coverage ratios, and bank loan conditions, escalating risks to Group Finance and the Board.
  • •Establish and track KPIs and SLAs (e.g., network availability, QoS/QoE, churn), lead capacity planning and demand forecasting, and drive digital performance transformation (processes, OSS/BSS systems) while reporting results to executive leadership and the Board.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of progressive experience in telecom or other network/technology-driven industries with performance management or service quality exposure.
  • •10+ years in senior leadership, leading performance management, business excellence, or network/service quality across a group or multi-entity level.
  • •Finance background required, including monitoring financial performance of leveraged/acquired portfolio companies (business plans, dividends, debt servicing, refinancing).
  • •Proven experience defining, cascading, and tracking KPIs and SLAs across multiple business units or operating companies.
  • •Exposure to performance analytics and operational planning in fast-evolving digital markets (e.g., 5G rollout, cloud adoption, cybersecurity enhancement) is strongly preferred.
