Job Summary

Support 1st Line of Defense (1LOD) operational and supplier oversight testing for Big Business Banking. Perform complex, high-risk control and process testing, analyze test data, document findings, and communicate risk implications to stakeholders. Manage testing timelines, apply regulatory/compliance knowledge and risk frameworks, and help expand test scripts. Mentor and review analyst work while partnering with the Testing Manager to ensure corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform 1LOD transactional and supplier oversight testing to identify gaps and weaknesses in end-to-end control environments.
•Document and execute complex, high-risk process and control testing to provide reasonable assurance internal and external processes are effective.
•Obtain/analyze test data from multiple sources using documented test plans and procedures, and manage assigned testing timelines and reporting.
•Apply regulatory and compliance knowledge to evaluate scenarios, assess risk implications, and inform testing conclusions.
•Assist the Testing Manager with building/expanding test scripts, communicate findings to stakeholders, and conduct peer reviews/mentoring to elevate testing quality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 99,200 - 124,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in audit, compliance testing, or control/transactional reviews.
•Banking or fintech experience with Big Business Banking products and operational processes (e.g., deposits, treasury/payment, servicing, wire operations, lending).
•Ability to apply testing methodology, regulatory knowledge, and risk/control frameworks to evaluate complex scenarios.
•Experience building, expanding, and improving testing scripts and processes in partnership with a Testing Manager.
•Fluency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
