Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify gaps and weaknesses to help ensure a sustainable, effective end-to-end control environment for operations and key suppliers.
  • •Execute complex and high-risk process and control testing using documented test plans, procedures, and job aids; obtain and analyze test data from multiple sources.
  • •Manage testing timelines and reporting to ensure all assigned tasks and conclusions are completed within established timeframes.
  • •Assist the Testing Manager with building and expanding test scripts, conduct peer reviews for accuracy and adherence to methodology, and provide real-time feedback to improve testing quality.
  • •Communicate findings, exceptions, and risk implications to cross-functional stakeholders; support corrective actions and escalate issues appropriately.

Salary: USD 99,200 - 124,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant experience in audit, compliance testing, or control/transactional reviews.
  • •Experience in banking and/or fintech, including Big Business Banking products and operational processes (e.g., deposits, treasury/payment operations, servicing, wire operations, lending).
  • •Ability to apply testing methodology, regulatory knowledge, and risk/control frameworks to evaluate complex scenarios and reach testing conclusions.
  • •Strategic mindset to partner with the Testing Manager to build, expand, and improve test scripts and processes.
  • •Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills with attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.
