Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Sales to identify merchant pain points and consult on how Primer addresses them
  • •Provide technical expertise to support business development with merchants
  • •Translate business requirements into technical solutions and simplify complex technical concepts
  • •Drive client engagements through discovery sessions, solution design workshops, product demos, and developer Q&As
  • •Collaborate with Product using market learning to identify feature enhancements and new features

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in a merchant-facing role with a complex API product, ideally in payments
