Vans: Store Manager - North Star Mall

Lead the Vans store as the strategic owner driving business performance and exceptional customer experience. Manage people and culture by coaching, training, and providing input on hiring, performance, promotions, and terminations. Partner with store leaders to hit and exceed sales goals and KPIs, resolve escalated customer concerns, and oversee store operations including scheduling, expense control, loss prevention, audits, and reporting. Ensure visual merchandising and inventory/shipping standards, and support local marketing events.
