Job Summary

Ensure On’s apparel products are buy-ready and delivered on time by monitoring seasonal calendars and coordinating production readiness with vendors. You’ll manage communication across creation center, Hanoi teams, and external partners, act as a bridge for new product-development technologies in Asia, and align costing and margin targets. Partner with suppliers and internal quality to run product risk assessments from proto through pre-production, then lead improvement opportunities to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor seasonal calendars to ensure styles are buy-ready and delivered on time.
•Ensure products are production-ready and work with vendors to mitigate risks.
•Maintain clear communication with apparel development teams, creation center project team, Hanoi team, and external partners/vendors.
•Bridge the creation center and Asia on new technologies and applications in product development.
•Coordinate costing and margin targets and partner with suppliers and internal quality for product risk assessments from proto through pre-production, leading improvement opportunities.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of apparel product development experience, preferably including 3–4 years in a manufacturing environment and 3–5 years with an international brand.
•Basic knowledge of materials and patterns.
•A degree or qualification in design or garment manufacturing is preferable.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with multicultural teams.
•Proficiency in English is a must, with an entrepreneurial, open mindset and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
