Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor seasonal calendars to ensure styles are buy-ready and delivered on time.
  • •Ensure products are production-ready and work with vendors to mitigate risks.
  • •Maintain clear communication with apparel development teams, creation center project team, Hanoi team, and external partners/vendors.
  • •Bridge the creation center and Asia on new technologies and applications in product development.
  • •Coordinate costing and margin targets and partner with suppliers and internal quality for product risk assessments from proto through pre-production, leading improvement opportunities.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of apparel product development experience, preferably including 3–4 years in a manufacturing environment and 3–5 years with an international brand.
  • •Basic knowledge of materials and patterns.
  • •A degree or qualification in design or garment manufacturing is preferable.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with multicultural teams.
  • •Proficiency in English is a must, with an entrepreneurial, open mindset and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
