Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist Project Manager(s) or Project Director with managing, coordinating, and administering civil scopes through design and construction phases.
  • •Prepare and support key project documentation including reports, schedules, invoices, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes/agendas, daily reports, change orders, inspections, closeout, and client presentations.
  • •Communicate conceptual civil designs and maintain project documentation before, during, and after construction.
  • •Manage external design consultants and communicate design standards to internal and external project partners.
  • •Coordinate scheduling for project team meetings and help oversee electrical commissioning for project completion.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree in civil engineering or construction management (preferred).
  • •Experience working in project management on large-scale construction programs.
  • •Civil design experience.
  • •Solid working proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and the MS Office suite.
  • •Excellent presentation, client-facing communication, and ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
