Rental Coordinator

Coordinate the full EquipmentShare rental experience for customers and construction partners. You’ll respond to inbound leads, guide customers through rentals, maintain and nurture relationships to ensure satisfaction, and resolve inquiries and complaints. Grow the customer base by building relationships with contractors and principals, educating customers on cost and efficiency benefits, and developing sales strategies to increase market share. Work onsite in Seattle with support from the proprietary T3 platform.
