Key Responsibilities

  • •Visit an aligned number of dental professionals
  • •Educate and raise awareness on Oral-B regimen to obtain their usage and deliver impactful recommendations to their patients
  • •Partner with dental professionals to deliver conversion to the Oral-B regimen
  • •Collaborate with management to develop/implement strategies and business plans to deliver KPIs (Usage, Recommendation, and Sales)
  • •Attend dental industry events, trade fairs and conferences as needed, including travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or higher degree in Dentistry, Oral Hygiene, Pharmaceutical or any related scientific field.
  • •3-5 years of relevant work experience in FMCG
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • •Professional sales experience and/or a dental/healthcare background; experience/education in Dentistry/Oral Health or qualification as a Registered Dental Professional is preferred but not required
  • •Strong problem-solving and communication skills; able to adapt in a fast-changing environment and manage competing priorities
