Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize, plan, and control customer orders and projects, monitoring progress, quality, and performance across multiple assignments.
  • •Take full responsibility for start-up and successful execution of assigned orders and projects to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
  • •Manage and resolve quality-related issues to support customer satisfaction and compliance with company standards and requirements.
  • •Initiate and lead project kick-off meetings, progress reviews, and project governance activities; coordinate effective communication across internal stakeholders.
  • •Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, resolve project-related deviations/non-conformities with relevant units, and review/interpret technical documentation for production compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • •Approximately 3 years of relevant experience in project management, order management, engineering, manufacturing, or a related environment.

  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of ownership and customer focus.
  • •Knowledge of Lean principles and methodologies; fluency in English, with Dutch skills as an advantage.
