Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute alliances and partnership strategy aligned to corporate and network growth objectives.
  • •Lead identification, evaluation, negotiation, and management of codeshare, interline, alliance, and strategic partnership agreements.
  • •Oversee performance of existing partnerships and recommend enhancements to maximize mutual commercial benefits.
  • •Lead aero political strategy to secure market access, traffic rights, bilateral opportunities, and regulatory approvals; represent the airline in aero political discussions and forums.
  • •Lead and develop alliances/partnerships and aero political affairs teams; establish governance frameworks, prepare executive reports, and drive continuous improvement in processes and stakeholder engagement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Law, or a related field.
  • •Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in airline alliances, partnerships, network planning, commercial strategy, aero political affairs, or related fields.
  • •Experience identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and managing codeshare, interline, and alliance/strategic partnership agreements.
  • •Ability to lead aero political strategy, including relationships with civil aviation authorities, regulators, and government entities to secure market access and traffic rights.
  • •Proven leadership to develop teams and establish governance, reporting, and executive-level recommendations for senior leadership.
