Key Responsibilities

•Analyze indicators, identify patterns and trends, plan qualitative and quantitative information gathering, and design and promote action plans with involved teams to implement improvements.
•Generate quantifiable business and experience insights to help prioritize actions and improvement plans.
•Structure data-based proposals and root-cause evaluations; analyze metrics across different indicators to improve resource efficiency and user experience.
•Orchestrate ETL/ELT processes that consolidate data from different businesses for use by the transportation area in Mexico.
•Collaborate with operational teams to ensure correct implementation of actions; communicate recommendations to other teams and to Senior Management.

Key Requirements

•Experience on projects involving multidisciplinary teams
•Experience using data structures (GCP, AWS, Azure, etc)
•High proficiency in SQL
•Knowledge of Python (intermediate)
•Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics or related fields
