Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the Planning Intelligence roadmap, deciding what supply chain planning decisions Applications Teams should automate, augment, or accelerate with AI over the next 12–24 months.
  • •Lead adoption of generative AI, agentic workflows, and evolving AI tools across supply chain planning domains.
  • •Identify, scale, and run AI use cases such as exception-based planning, AI scenario generation, natural-language planning insights, and decision journaling through the full AI lifecycle to production deployment.
  • •Design a unified Planning Intelligence layer that works with or without specific underlying planning tools and improves planning outcomes (fill rates, decision latency, and manual effort reduction).
  • •Integrate with EPS and collaborate with Business Analysts, Software Engineers, Solution Architects, and Data Engineering/Analytics Ops teams to ensure governed data products and clear decision ownership for every planning initiative.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience leading AI, GenAI, or advanced analytics programs from ideation to production at scale.
  • •Strong understanding of AI/ML architectures, agentic systems, and LLM-based workflows.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of supply chain planning concepts (demand, supply, inventory, order promising, IBP) to frame AI problems accurately.
  • •Familiarity with planning platforms (Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, SAP IBP) to contextualize AI embedding into planning workflows.
  • •Ability to engage credibly on architecture and design decisions with Data Scientists and Solution Architects.
