Key Responsibilities

  • •Support delivery of the Compliance Monitoring Programme and help assess and monitor compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • •Assist with continuous and thematic monitoring reviews, including planning, fieldwork, close out meetings, report production, and action tracking.
  • •Represent Compliance Monitoring in project work streams and change management projects as required.
  • •Liaise with Compliance Advisory teams to incorporate emerging themes and review findings into compliance advice to the business.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with business partners and proactively engage to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in Compliance Monitoring, Audit, Risk, or a related control function, ideally within asset management or financial services.
  • •Good understanding of European regulatory frameworks and exposure to regulators such as the FCA, CBI, CSSF, and/or BaFin.
  • •Knowledge of the asset management regulatory landscape.
  • •A degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related discipline.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong analytical, investigative, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
