You will monitor AIV deliverables, coordinate with subcontractors, maintain planning and processes, and support formal reviews, working in an international environment on-site in Noordwijk, Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor ESCA AIV plans and milestones, ensuring timely compilation and delivery of AIV deliverables.
•Track subcontractor progress through regular status meetings and provide reporting updates.
•Review test data, verification results, and inspection reports to verify compliance with technical requirements and AIV specifications.
•Maintain and update the ESCA AIV plan, flow, and schedule for all subcontractor activities.
•Serve as operational point of contact for formal reviews and boards, ensuring readiness and proper documentation.

Key Requirements

•Master's degree (or equivalent) in engineering, physics, mathematics, or related discipline
•Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience
•Experience in industrial procurement and development of small to medium-class satellite systems

•Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within an international and multicultural environment
