Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic leadership to ensure safe, high-quality, fit-for-purpose engineering solutions supporting business objectives.
  • •Lead engineering delivery assurance across projects, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, cost, and business goals.
  • •Manage multidisciplinary teams and EPCM/EPC partners to deliver integrated engineering solutions assurance.
  • •Drive engineering governance, quality, risk, and change management practices across projects.
  • •Act as a country technical SME support for critical decisions and complex engineering challenges, ensuring collaboration with procurement, construction, operations, permitting, and SHE.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related disciplines).
  • •Postgraduate qualification in Engineering (preferred).
  • •Professional engineering registration or chartered status.
  • •Proven experience leading engineering for large-scale capital projects, including functional engineering roles.
  • •Strong background managing multidisciplinary teams and EPCM/EPC/E contractors, with solid engineering governance, quality, risk, and change management knowledge.
