Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and refine an integrated program plan covering all data center projects.
  • •Establish planning standards, sequencing logic, and schedule governance aligned with AECOM PDS and PMO frameworks.
  • •Use advanced scheduling techniques (critical path, float analysis, EVM) to assess progress, forecast outcomes, and address risks and interdependencies.
  • •Coordinate resources and support interdisciplinary execution across engineering, design, procurement, and construction teams.
  • •Lead planning meetings and progress reviews, communicate schedule status and impacts to senior leadership and clients, and support bids and proposals with planning inputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Electrical or Mechanical engineering degree with at least 15 years’ experience.
  • •Strong background in project planning, scheduling, or PMO roles.
  • •Experience in Data Center projects or large, complex technical programs.
  • •Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent scheduling tools.
  • •Excellent communication skills; fluent in English.
