Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver projects through the full lifecycle in line with RIBA stages and GMP governance requirements.
  • •Establish reporting and meeting structures, chair client meetings, and facilitate design and construction coordination.
  • •Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation; coordinate general contractors to meet design briefs.
  • •Manage scope, safety, compliance, quality, risks/issues, stakeholder engagement, and escalations.
  • •Lead project change control and approvals from Users, PPDM, and EM as required, through operational handover in accordance with GMP processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • •Proven project delivery experience.
  • •GMP knowledge and experience.
  • •Experience in Life Sciences and/or Technical Construction.
  • •APM Chartered Project Professional (desired).
