Key Responsibilities

  • •Support delivery of communication activities to enable project plans and deliverables for local communities, customers, and stakeholders.
  • •Maintain and update CI/CML documents and delivery plans; capture and record data in corporate systems accurately and on time.
  • •Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and points of contact to request and disseminate correct information.
  • •Create purchase orders and process invoices; maintain accurate customer records within corporate systems.
  • •Support the quality and financial assurance of projects delivered by the team, and help with ad-hoc tasks as required.
