Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish sales analytics and market intelligence capabilities, including forecasting, KPI frameworks, executive reporting, and competitive and industry insight integration.
  • •Translate business leadership requirements into actionable specifications for sales performance reports, forecasting models, and dashboards, while owning enterprise sales analytics strategy.
  • •Document and refine sales processes and workflows to improve scalability, consistency, and accountability; establish governance for pipeline execution and operational controls.
  • •Partner with sales enablement to guide CRM enhancements, data/insights capabilities, and automations that improve productivity and data integrity.
  • •Build and lead the Sales Operations organization, define roles and career pathways aligned to leveling frameworks, and drive adoption of new tools and change management initiatives.

Key Requirements
