Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in an 18-month rotational associate program starting in August 2027, with in-person attendance at the assigned hybrid location.
  • •Evaluate cyber risks through rotational assignments, including compliance initiatives and security policy development.
  • •Conduct penetration tests, assess vulnerabilities, and design defenses to harden systems.
  • •Analyze cyber data to identify weaknesses and improve the security posture.
  • •Collaborate with cyber, technology, business lines, and risk management teams while rotating across roles, teams, and tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor’s degree or higher with completion expected by August 2027 or earlier.
  • •Preferred degree in a technical and/or quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, computer engineering, cybersecurity, information assurance/systems/technology, or mathematics).
  • •Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, network concepts, digital forensics, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • •Knowledge of network security fundamentals and protocols (e.g., encryption, firewalls, authentication, perimeter protection).
  • •Strong interest in cybersecurity, plus basic programming skills (e.g., Java, Python, C#, C/C++, JSON, SQL, PL/SQL, Shell scripts) and ability to use interactive AI tools beyond code completion.
Education:Bachelor's in Technical and/or quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, computer engineering, cyber security, information assurance, information systems, information technology, or mathematics)
