Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle document tracking for high volumes of real estate transactions from listing to close and/or contract to close while ensuring compliance with brokerage and legal requirements
  • •Process and validate real estate contracts for accurate, timely commission and compliance records
  • •Support agents with inquiries about commission payouts, deductions, and commission calculations
  • •Process commission payments, tracking referral payments and agent deductions, and collaborate with Accounting to review and audit commission records
  • •Partner with Accounting to research and respond to commission inquiries impacting monthly financial statement close

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in real estate transaction processing, accounting, finance, or payroll preferred

  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including quantitative and presentation abilities
