Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve escalated incidents/requests independently within agreed SLA, using operational and diagnostic procedures in complex client environments.
  • •Proactively identify, investigate, analyze issues and errors; log incidents timely and capture required information for immediate resolution.
  • •Provide fourth-line support for escalated tickets, determine root cause when third-line teams cannot fix, and respond back to tickets.
  • •Share knowledge by documenting solutions and pushing knowledge down to other engineers; communicate with teams and clients for extended support.
  • •Support change implementation and automation efforts to optimize effort for routine tasks; may contribute to disaster recovery functions and tests.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
  • •Certifications relevant to the services provided.
  • •Deep technical skills in relevant functions across technology domains (e.g., cloud, security, networking, applications/collaboration).
  • •Ability to proactively review client requests/tickets and resolve issues without breaching SLA.
  • •Excellent proficiency in change management, including risk identification and mitigation planning in change records.
