Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver high touch client service for outsourced trading and institutional brokerage clients, managing the client relationship across trading, middle office/settlement, Trade Cost Analytics, commission management, reporting, and other NT offerings.
  • •Build and maintain deep relationships across client organizations – C-suite (COO, CEO, CCO), trading, investment teams, and operations; establish regular touchpoints and ongoing communication.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams on product development and client service requests; determine business needs and key stakeholders, and work with internal groups on development.
  • •Lead the client implementation; consult with clients in the discovery phase to understand needs, design an optimal future state, and manage the client experience from onboarding to BAU.
  • •Maintain and grow client relationships across NT products and services; stay connected on latest product developments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or related field
  • •8+ years of experience within Capital Markets, Asset Servicing, or Financial Services
  • •FINRA Licensing requirements within 90 days of employment – (SIE, Series 7 and Series 63)
  • •Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments (equities, fixed income, derivatives), and trade lifecycle
  • •Experience working with institutional clients (asset managers, hedge funds, pensions, etc.)
