Safeguards Enforcement Analyst, Ban Evasion & Recidivism

Build and execute enforcement workflows to detect and mitigate ban evasion and recidivism on the account abuse team. Own investigations end to end, translate findings into durable detection and systemic controls, and operationalize re-registration safeguards for high-severity ban populations. Partner with Engineering and Data Science on identity-linking signals, develop measurement for recidivism and time-to-detection, and author playbooks for contractor-supported review while staying current on AI policy enforcement best practices.
