Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for meeting room setup, support requests, and basic event execution within assigned locations.
  • •Set up and support virtual and hybrid meetings, including audio/video/screen sharing and participant connectivity for platforms like Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
  • •Perform end-to-end room setup/breakdown and pre-event room checks across displays, microphones, cameras, DSP systems, conferencing endpoints, and control systems.
  • •Troubleshoot AV and conferencing issues and restore service (e.g., cable replacements, device resets, endpoint reconfiguration) and run preventative maintenance checks.
  • •Maintain documentation and inventory, including service tickets, incident reports, maintenance activity logs, and updates to SOPs/signal flow diagrams/checklists.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in audiovisual support, integration, meetings and events (or similar).
  • •Strong understanding of AV signal flow across audio, video, and control systems.
  • •Hands-on live support experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or similar virtual meeting platforms.
  • •Intermediate troubleshooting skills for AV and IT-related, network-connected devices and conferencing endpoints.
  • •Ability to interpret AV diagrams, floorplans, and system documentation.
