Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Portfolio Managers on credit and underwriting, performing analytical tasks as needed and completing the underwriting process with limited oversight.
  • •Complete indicative credit information in banking systems accurately, and prepare risk-rating scorecards and tickler/event analyses to determine actions.
  • •Verify covenants, update covenant calculations, monitor covenant completion and compliance, and assess covenant compliance reporting to identify issues.
  • •Run PD and other risk/projection models with oversight assumptions provided, and evaluate completed spreads for required edits with the CCU team.
  • •Prepare ALSR and portfolio review materials, support portfolio managers on special projects, and recommend preliminary portfolio management actions using credit service reporting and RADAR.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting).
  • •2+ years of Commercial Banking experience.
  • •Sound financial and risk analysis skills, including the ability to develop financial models.
  • •Extensive knowledge of banking products and services, and an understanding of corporate business structure and legal documents.
  • •Proficiency in internal banking applications and Microsoft Office, with strong verbal and written communication.
