Key Responsibilities

•Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and accurately document condition to inspection standards
•Locate, start, move, inspect, and return vehicles on dealer lots with safety and efficiency
•Verify VINs, mileage, options, and ensure correct data entry in inspection systems
•Inspect exterior and interior condition, including powertrain, drivetrain, and electrical components
•Identify damages or missing components and document operability of features
•Build trust with dealer clients through quality work, educate on Manheim mobile inspection services, and expand inspection volume
•Prepare and submit daily activity and production reports; use Salesforce.com for reporting and lead management
•Collaborate with Wholesale Specialists and other teams to support client success and process improvements

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15.1 - 32.79 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED required
•Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
•0-1 years automotive-related experience (Level 1) or 1-2 years (Level 2) or 2-3 years (Senior) preferred depending on level
•Basic automotive knowledge preferred (body and mechanical)
•Ability to meet physical and mental demands of the role within required timeframes
