Job Summary

Lead a team of network engineers to design, implement, and maintain robust LAN, WAN, data center, and cloud networks. Provide technical guidance, review and approve designs and configurations, oversee deployment and maintenance of network devices, and drive network-related projects from planning through on-time delivery. Analyze traffic patterns to optimize performance (including QoS), ensure compliance with security policies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable network solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Guide and manage a team of network engineers and specialists to design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure.
•Collaborate to design and architect network solutions (LAN, WAN, data centre, and cloud networks) aligned with business requirements and best practices.
•Provide technical guidance and oversight during design, configuration, and implementation; review and approve network designs and configurations.
•Oversee deployment, configuration, and maintenance of network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless controllers.
•Lead network-related projects by establishing project plans, allocating resources, and ensuring delivery on time and within scope, while optimizing performance and ensuring compliance with security policies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
•Solid expertise in networking concepts, protocols, architectures, and services, including progressive design, implementation, and leadership roles.
•Proficiency configuring and managing routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless controllers.
•Knowledge of advanced network protocols and technologies such as BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs, QoS, and security protocols.
•Project management, resource/budget management, and strong problem-solving and communication skills, including developing people management capabilities.
