Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide and manage a team of network engineers and specialists to design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure.
  • •Collaborate to design and architect network solutions (LAN, WAN, data centre, and cloud networks) aligned with business requirements and best practices.
  • •Provide technical guidance and oversight during design, configuration, and implementation; review and approve network designs and configurations.
  • •Oversee deployment, configuration, and maintenance of network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless controllers.
  • •Lead network-related projects by establishing project plans, allocating resources, and ensuring delivery on time and within scope, while optimizing performance and ensuring compliance with security policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •Solid expertise in networking concepts, protocols, architectures, and services, including progressive design, implementation, and leadership roles.
  • •Proficiency configuring and managing routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless controllers.
  • •Knowledge of advanced network protocols and technologies such as BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs, QoS, and security protocols.
  • •Project management, resource/budget management, and strong problem-solving and communication skills, including developing people management capabilities.
