Key Responsibilities

  • •Day-to-day management of funded programs, including integrated master schedule, milestone/deliverable tracking, action items, and on-time submission of deliverables.
  • •Own government deliverable packages and reporting inputs (CDRLs, milestone review packages, status reports, financial reporting), with engineering-authored technical content compiled and delivered by you.
  • •Build and maintain the program risk matrix and drive mitigations early so leadership hears about problems while they are still cheap to fix.
  • •Partner with engineers to keep contract requirements, verification status, and ICDs organized, maintaining traceability from contract commitments to verified artifacts.
  • •Coordinate design review cadence (SRR/PDR/CDR/TRR) with scheduling, entrance/exit criteria, action item closure, and customer sign-off, keeping the process on track.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years managing technical program execution on aerospace or defense programs, with hands-on ownership of schedules, deliverables, and risk.
  • •Fluency with integrated master schedules, milestone/deliverable tracking, risk matrices, and milestone-based cost tracking.
  • •Proven history working technical problems and managing hardware-focused technical programs, including credible participation in design reviews; technical degree is a bonus.
  • •Experience with government customers (ideally DoD), including deliverable management and interaction with program offices and contracting officers.
  • •Eligibility to obtain a security clearance and experience in ITAR/EAR environments (comfort without an existing process is also expected).
