Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a trusted technical partner for a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving engagement and adoption of Seqera products.
  • •Work inside customer environments to deploy, scale, and derive value from Seqera products across cloud and HPC, troubleshooting technical challenges.
  • •Support strategic accounts by surfacing risks early and helping drive retention and expansion with account and commercial teams.
  • •Deliver scoped technical Services engagements such as onboarding, pipeline optimization, custom workflow support, and best-practice guidance.
  • •Run and support customer touchpoints (technical syncs, upgrades, proofs of concept, and workshops) and communicate findings to diverse audiences.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •Hands-on experience developing and running Nextflow pipelines (nf-core and/or custom) in an academic or professional setting.
  • •Comfort working in a Linux command-line environment and scripting with Bash and/or Python.
  • •Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • •Experience using Git/GitHub for code management.
