Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the VP of Revenue Operations for next steps in closing deals.
  • •Own the full cycle from initial engagement through client readiness.
  • •Facilitate live candidate introductions and manage real-time client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PHP 40,000 - 50,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in sales, account executive, or client-facing roles, preferably in staffing, recruitment, BPO, or managed services.
  • •Strong ability to run structured discovery and consultative sales conversations.
  • •Comfort facilitating live candidate introductions and managing real-time client interactions.
  • •Excellent verbal communication and professional presence on video calls.
  • •Comfort with CRM systems and internal collaboration tools (HubSpot is a plus), and ability to work onsite in Makati.
