Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee accounting for the complete procurement contract lifecycle in North America, including preliminary review of draft agreements and post-execution monitoring.
  • •Manage month-end close activities for NA procurement contracts, including journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analyses, and ad hoc reporting.
  • •Research and apply accounting guidance to determine appropriate treatment for vendor rebates, penalties, true-ups, contingencies, and other accruals.
  • •Prepare and review summaries of negotiated commercial terms and accounting conclusions for presentation to Controllership leaders and CFOs.
  • •Supervise two direct reports and three indirect reports, including managing auditor requests and SOX control communications related to vendor contracts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance; CPA is a plus.
  • •Minimum 7 years of relevant management experience in accounting, including general ledger, technical accounting, and audit expertise.
