Senior Manager, Procurement and Contract Accounting

Oversee accounting for the complete procurement contract lifecycle across the North America Zone, from reviewing draft agreements to driving month-end close and ongoing monitoring after execution. Lead technical US GAAP assessment for vendor rebates, penalties, true-ups, contingencies, and related accruals, while coordinating with Controllership, business partners, auditors, and SOX controls. Supervise direct and indirect reports and develop training for cross-functional stakeholders.
