Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide formal supervision, monitoring of training and development, performance evaluations, and coaching.
  • •Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities: schedules, task assignments, cross-training, and meeting staff/department deadlines.
  • •Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with approved drawings and specifications.
  • •Prepare construction risk assessments and project status reports; recommend release of construction funds and adjust resource and disbursement schedules.
  • •Develop stakeholder communication practices, identify and resolve project risks/issues, and handle moderately complex day-to-day issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a combination of experience and education considered.
  • •8 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
  • •Licensure as a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect desired.
  • •Experience leading staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, and performance evaluation.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong organizational and math skills.
